I couldn’t give a rating because I never actually stayed. When I arrived to check in, the front desk couldn’t locate my reservation and there was no room available. I didn’t cancel before 6 pm because I still wanted to stay, yet I was charged $132 and now want a refund. I had intended to stay in the room I booked, but when it was unavailable and other guests complained about dirty rooms, I left and stayed at home after my concert.

“Passable”

Parking was available, which was handy. Check‑in was fine, though we had to pay a deposit upfront via the Ramada system. Some guests had requested refunds during check‑in, yet we still expected a decent room. Unfortunately, the bed was broken with a metal rod sticking out of the frame, and the carpets were untidy, dirty, and unhygienic—my leg was hurt twice by that metal piece. The bed linens were unclean. The gym was closed for repairs, and the pool was also shut down for unknown work that wasn’t mentioned in the advertisement. The morning shift manager at checkout was unprepared to address our concerns, refused to provide a receipt, and was unwilling to print a proof of the deposit, which had been charged twice on our card. The manager was rude and wouldn’t give a basic printout for the deposit paid.

“Do not book unless you really need a bed”

DO NOT STAY HERE—overpriced, bad location, and the TV and amenities are outdated and need a lot of help.
