Very convenient location. The beach is across the street, cafes and restaurants within walking distance, exchange offices, micro… all very close. The room was good: 2 bathrooms, living room. It was never cleaned during 12 days. Overall it didn't spoil the impression much.

The spot is perfect for exploring Marmaris, just steps from the beach.

It was close to the beach, but the elevator was broken so we had to climb the tiring spiral stairs to the 3rd and 4th floors with our luggage. The bathroom water was weak, the room was hot when we entered, curtains didn't block the sun, the bed sheets were worn, there was no parking nearby, and the bathroom had a glass door with no lock.

The hotel's location was a major plus for me, as it was close to the old town and Netsel Marina, and within a 15-minute walk. This was perfect for my daily racing schedule at the sea. For the price, I thought it was a good value. However, the room cleaning was lacking, with no cleaning taking place during our 10-day stay. It wasn't until I requested it on the third day that the room was finally cleaned. Additionally, the water from the tap had a strange soapy taste.

“Очень остались довольны этим объектом размещения!”

I was impressed with the hotel's excellent location between the old town, marina, and beach. We were even checked in early, which was a nice surprise. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean and new, with all the necessary amenities. The large mirror in the room was a nice touch, and the storage area was spacious. Although the windows faced the street, the room was surprisingly quiet. The air conditioning worked well, and we found the bed to be very comfortable.
