“Nice location but a bit outdated!!”

The spot is decent, just a 10‑minute walk to Hongdae and the Line 2 subway is nearby. The bathroom had moisture spots and one curtain rail was broken; overall it felt a bit outdated and needed updating. The building was a mix of hotel and apartment, so it looked lived‑in.

“Quite comfortable, but….”

It was fairly central to the places we wanted to visit, but the sheets were slightly stained and only soap and shampoo were provided. The staff weren’t very friendly.

“Great stay and a nice introduction to Seoul! Shoutout to housekeeping!”

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and privacy was respected when needed. Towels were clean, trash was picked up daily, and the Wi‑Fi was good. The suite’s refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine were super convenient. I loved the restaurant and pastry shops in the lobby, and the place is close to everything, including buses and the subway. I would definitely stay at Brown Suites again when in Seoul! The bathroom was small but did its job! 😃

Located in the heart of Shinchon which was beneficial for our purpose of travel. The elevator shafts, the lobby area reeks of cigarettes. Shower stalls need to be upgraded. Staff does not appear to be happy to work at this location. Bed mattresses are hard
