The hotel was convenient because of its location and the bed was fine. The check‑in was complicated – you have to enter through the proxy next door – and I was called 12 times before checking in, almost a harassment. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom with crumbs and a few hairs on the floor, and the grout was very dirty. The shower had no curb, so water splashed everywhere in the bathroom, leaving my feet wet even after a quick shower. The emergency exit signs cast bright light into the room all night. Also, there was no way to express dissatisfaction at check‑out or during the stay because the reception was closed.
