Worst, worst staff. I had paid for a room in advance, yet they gave it to someone else. Absolutely terrible place, the walls were awful and the beds were dirty.

My stay at this hotel was marred by several issues, starting with the unhygienic state of the bathroom. To make matters worse, I was charged for a water bottle, and the sheets and towels were stained, which was quite off-putting. I was also disappointed to find that there was no shampoo provided for bathing, and I had to go without a toothbrush. Overall, my experience at this hotel was disappointing and left a lot to be desired.

I had a truly disturbing experience at this hotel, where the staff's behavior was completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, the hotel itself fell short of my expectations, and the owner's attitude didn't help matters. The staff's actions were even caught on camera, which made the situation even more disturbing. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
