There’s plenty of room to improve the food, but the food that was supplied was acceptable.

I liked the location and the staff’s attentiveness and communication—I could reach them on WhatsApp for help with my luggage and more. However, the hotel was very basic with no amenities, they couldn’t even give me an iron, and it felt overpriced compared to other less expensive places in Kolkata that offered far better amenities.
