It was good value, clean and comfortable. The owners stepped out of their comfort zone to be helpful, and they were typical polite Brits. The only downside was the long wait for public transport, but that's a London-wide issue.

The only thing I liked was the toilet. I disliked the bed, mattress, and the cleaning.
