The staff were friendly, but the infrastructure felt a bit dated.

The only good thing was the location, but the service was subpar. The TV didn’t work, and even after I asked for it to be fixed, nothing was done. When I checked out, they finally swapped a remote that had been glued with clear tape. The wardrobe was a mess, and a sheet of the ceiling fell in the bathroom that night. Specifically, the problems were: 1. TV was bad and wouldn’t turn on. 2. Closet was disorganized. 3. Ceiling sheet in the bathroom fell. 4. Shower sprayed water over the head. 5. At breakfast, my wife asked for a slice of pineapple and butter, but they were denied. 6. At night, a group of unruly young people were present and the management did nothing.

The service was excellent, the facilities were pretty and clean, and breakfast was very complete. Everything was fine.
