The room was clean and the kitchen was well equipped, but the water pressure was weak and the water was cold in the evening for the bath.

There were several breakfast options, a great coffee machine, a balcony, and the room was spacious; the welcome pack was nice and the location was acceptable once I figured out the bus network, which had three routes within a 5‑minute walk and led to some fantastic restaurants. The shower, however, seemed to have a mind of its own about the temperature.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, yet the water pressure in the bath was low and the hot water wasn’t very hot.
