The location was good, but most of the staff were newcomers and unprofessional; despite my booking saying “pay at the property,” room charges were deducted before I checked in.

The ambience was great, but the old room needed maintenance.

The breakfast was pathetic—tasteless and all the items were garbage—plus I found bed bugs everywhere.

The food and staff were excellent, but no transfer bus to the airport was available as advertised, so I had to pay for a taxi and for a late check‑out.
