They gave us a bag with juices, cookies, and sweets as a gift. The breakfast was super complete. The room is huge and pure luxury. The room feels a bit old‑fashioned because of the wood, and the location is better suited for moving around on foot.

The staff were great, very attentive to our needs and requests, and they upgraded our room. The pool area was phenomenal, and overall the facilities and rooms are very nice and modern.

The room is big. There was mold in the bathroom, and the staff were not very helpful or friendly; they were constantly on the phone. It feels far from a 5‑star hotel for my taste.
