I liked the waiters’ service, but the reception was unprofessional and the hotel didn’t live up to its 4‑star rating—I'd give it only 3 stars, a weak three. We stayed on the ground floor, room 402, and the noise was unbearable; the clatter from the breakfast restaurant, the cleaning staff, and chair movements made it impossible to sleep. The breakfast was scanty and the quality of the items was poor.
