The room size is excellent. It also has a large kitchenette and a big fridge. Access to the room is very convenient, through a side door. The hotel staff are very friendly. It has blackout curtains. Good breakfast. The location is very good. In the bathroom there is no space next to the sink to put cosmetics and personal items. The pillows are excessively soft.

The bed was comfy and breakfast tasty, and the cook lady was friendly. The bathroom was filthy, with excrement in the toilet, hair in the shower, and a horrible smell on entry. The receptionist tried to charge me again because they “couldn't find the payment” (I used to work in housekeeping, so I know what it should look like).

The location is good. The bathroom lacks handicap accessibility; no grab bars and the commode is too low.

They charged me in cash and also on my card, meaning I was double‑charged for my stay, awful 👎🏻.

The accommodation suite, breakfast, and staff were very friendly.
