The staff were very helpful and polite, even offering banana snacks, but there was no breakfast option available.

The staff are really pleasant and helpful. The location is right in the heart of Gem town, within walking distance to everything central. The shower is below standard, but at least the hot water was steady.

The hotel is right in the old town and offers excellent value. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It would have been useful to have a shelf in the shower for body wash and shampoo, instead of having to place it on the floor.
