I was able to check in early, around 12 pm, and the room was on the first floor; it wasn’t huge but more than enough for what we needed. Two beds, a fridge for cold drinks, plenty of outlets to charge devices, a table, a wardrobe, and so on. The location is fine – a 1‑minute walk to the tram stop that gets you into Karlspratz in under 10 minutes, cheaper than staying downtown, quick tram access, and a 5‑minute walk to the Belvedere. For a four‑day stay, the only drawback was that we only received one bottle of shampoo and soap. We planned to leave our luggage at reception, but on a Sunday the front desk is only open from 8 to 11, so we couldn’t drop it off at the end, though that wasn’t a major issue.

“Clean, quiet room, friendly staff, but not great value for the money.”

The room was clean and quiet, and the subway connection to the airport was convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, there were no amenities like coffee or tea, no Wi‑Fi in the room, no power adapters for different phone types, and the room had no décor whatsoever. Overall, it was a very basic room far from the city centre and didn’t offer good value for the price.

“W porządku. Wyspaliśmy się :)”

The location was great! Even though the hotel is somewhat run-down, it was very clean and the mattresses were comfortable. The downside was the lack of Wi‑Fi, loud street noise, and the whole place clearly needs a general renovation.

“Esperienza semplicemente DISASTROSA. Probabilmente il peggior hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato.”

The experience was simply DISASTROUS. Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was in unacceptable condition: dirty, dusty, and with an extremely unpleasant odor. The overall impression was a total lack of cleanliness and care. The Wi‑Fi, though listed as a service, was unusable. Soundproofing was practically nonexistent; we could hear everything from neighboring rooms. The curtains were completely inadequate, letting in light. I had booked and paid for two nights, but after the first I decided to leave and paid out of pocket for another hotel just to avoid spending another night there. I have never had to abandon a paid accommodation. For me, conditions like these are unacceptable for a paid room. It was a truly terrible experience from start to finish. I would not return even for free and would not recommend this property to anyone.
