Located 300 metres from Sunset Crest Beach, the All Seasons Resort offers an outdoor swimming pool and cottages with terraces, providing a tranquil retreat. Each spacious, air-conditioned cottage features simple, traditional décor, a seating area with a sofa, and a kitchenette with electric hob and fridge. The resort is within 5 minutes' walk of Sunset Crest's centre and 2 km from Folkeston and Holetown.

The staff were very kind. Nothing else to mention.

The décor was modern and well arranged, but the bed was lumpy and made sleeping very difficult.

The neighbourhood was quiet and the room was spacious. A bank, supermarket, beach, Burger King and duty‑free shops are all nearby. Some areas of the room were dusty, for example the nightstand.

The spot was spot on and felt like a homey retreat with a touch of resort flair. The staff were fantastic—friendly and professional all the time. Food was tasty, the pool and lawn games were a blast, and the suite was roomy and spotless. Got a solid bargain for the price. The only tweak I’d suggest is adding an AC unit to the living area; the bedroom had one but the living room didn’t.
