Pakeeza Hotel - Faisal Town

The rooms were clean, cozy, and well‑maintained, giving a high level of comfort, and the staff were very polite, helpful, and responded super fast, so everything ran smoothly. On the downside, there’s no proper parking – you have to leave your car on the roadside, although a guard is there for safety – and the electricity kept cutting out; the backup only covers fans and lights, not the AC, which is a big problem in hot summer.

“Unprofessional.”

The place was tidy, but we were denied check‑in even though we had a confirmed booking and the room was supposedly given to someone else, which felt unprofessional; they then tried to move us to Al‑Warda Hotel Johar Town at the same rate, but that also failed and they demanded extra payment—pathetic experience.
