“Sehr schlechte Lage, Kein guter Service, Schlechtes Frühstück, nicht weiter zu empfehlen!!!!”

The accommodation was very clean, but the breakfast was described as abundant, which it was not; the same fruit kept being refilled for days, the same half‑full water bottle was refilled repeatedly in the sun, and abundance means something else. The hotel’s location is very bad, right on the main road with constant traffic late into the night. Since the place only offered breakfast, we occasionally brought food or fruit/vegetables into the room, especially for the kids, and the owner told us to dispose of the trash elsewhere, which is difficult in Sicily. Otherwise, the cleaning staff was only there until noon, after that no service staff was present. My conclusion: never again GELA and never again this hotel! Not recommended at all!

The only flaw was that in the quadruple room the air conditioning was insufficient for the two rooms and my children felt hot.
