The family was very friendly and helpful, and we will return; everything else was fine.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the environment was clean, and the apartments were large and well furnished. The only flaw I could find was that one apartment lacked a bidet, which was explained by the need to leave space for a disabled-access bathroom.

The air conditioning worked well, the bathroom was clean, and help for a room issue was quick; but the ceiling and walls weren’t soundproof, so footsteps from the rooms below were audible, street noise was very noticeable, and a restaurant with music played until midnight was nearby; there was no smoking ban in the room vestibule, so we had to inhale cigarette smoke; the room photos didn’t show the bedroom we received; if we had seen a gas stove in the sleeping area we wouldn’t have chosen this location; the loft bedroom next to the gas stove made it impossible to sleep because of blue light from the stove’s screen, so the child had to sleep on the sofa; there were cobwebs in many places; the room equipment was worn and neglected, e.g., a dirty coffee maker; there was no electric kettle for tea; and the website omitted the extra arrival‑time fee.
The room was roomy, equipped with a large fridge, a quick‑drying hair dryer, air‑conditioning and a microwave, but the Wi‑Fi kept dropping and the noise from the floor above was extremely loud.
