Overall, the hotel offers great service quality, decent facilities, attentive staff, and a very pleasant atmosphere—reliable and satisfying. However, some staff members don’t speak English well or barely speak it, so communication could be better, especially since the guests aren’t French speakers.

The location was good, but the room’s cleanliness was sometimes disappointing and the staff seemed uninterested in guests; for a higher‑class hotel, expectations were higher.
