A charming inn with a warm wood‑smoke scent and a breathtaking view, not brand new but impeccably maintained and cleaner than some ryokans. The onsens are simply incredible, beautiful and of high quality. The staff are lovely, and the meals are generous, featuring mountain vegetables and river fish. I wish I could have spent more time in this god‑blessed place. I hope it stays open long despite the challenges; it’s truly a gem.

The room was uncomfortable and the onsen was cold. There was no water, and they sold a tiny bottle of water for a lot of money.

The dinner portions were too small. Breakfast offered many varieties, used plenty of natural ingredients, and I enjoyed it.
