The room was large and spacious, the hotel sits right in the historic centre, there is an internal parking that can be booked, and the breakfast is varied and never repetitive.

The staff members are incredibly courteous, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their helpful attitude really made a difference during the stay. The breakfast is outstanding: there is a great variety and plenty of options every day, with interesting rotating choices for both sweet and savory lovers. While rated as a 4-star hotel, it feels more like a classic, older-style property. The furniture and overall decor are dated and in need of proper maintenance and refreshing. The room was on the smaller side and could benefit from deeper cleaning, as there were some dust and cobwebs. And the bathroom needs attention as well—there was noticeable limescale buildup, a persistent faint odor, and an open shower design that unfortunately floods the entire bathroom floor during use
