The staff were awesome and the food was good, but the hot water was a problem; overall the rooms were fine, and it’s just what it is. The place is comfortable and safe.

“快適に過ごせた休日。”

The staff were friendly, always smiling, and quick to help whenever I needed something; the room was clean, the housekeeping thorough, and the bed very comfortable. The air‑conditioning worked well, making the stay pleasant, and the location in the heart of the Chang‑goo district put the gym, convenience store, cafeteria, supermarket and laundry all within walking distance. The price was cheap, perfect for a solo traveler. On the downside, the hallway smelled a bit musty and the fixtures felt old; on the first day the shower barely produced water and there was no hot water, which was frustrating. The bathroom sometimes had an odor, the sink’s drainage was confusing, and the drain plug was stiff and hard to turn. Traffic noise from nearby roads was loud early morning and at night, and I wish there had been a refrigerator.

“I didn’t have a good experience”

It was reasonably priced, but the location, cleanliness, and the state of the building and facilities were disappointing.

The welcome was friendly, but when I asked about an airport‑to‑hotel transfer they quoted almost three times the cost of a Grab taxi; after I said I’d arrange my own transport, management tried to cancel my booking, claiming it was too short notice, yet they suddenly agreed once I accepted their transport offer.
