The breakfast was really good, the location is super central, and the room was clean and spacious. The only downside was a constant noise that sounded like a machine, which we didn't like.

The location is fine. The rooms on the 8th floor are right next to the laundry, which runs all night and the noise goes through the walls. If you’re a light sleeper, you can’t sleep; if you’re a normal sleeper, it’s pretty pricey.

We had an elevator mishap, apologized, yet the staff treated us poorly and didn’t accept our apologies. We mistakenly took the service elevator, got up, left without breakfast, felt badly treated, and the staff didn’t repeat our apologies—obviously it wasn’t our intention to take the wrong elevator. We won’t return.

The location is excellent. The room lacked a minibar, and the coffee maker didn’t have capsules.
