The standard room is small and the view is bad; the pool water is unclear. I paid for open‑air parking.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the view was also very nice. Unfortunately the pool was very mossy and not very inviting.

“Overall great location but disappointed with the pool since we pick this place for the pool for the kids.”

The location is good, with easy access to the port, ferry, and restaurants, but the pool is awful with green water and nobody was swimming; when I mentioned it to the staff they blamed rain and algae, even though an earlier review said the same. The drains were blocked and no one checked them after I asked. Otherwise the hotel was relatively clean and comfortable. The pool should be cleaned properly; it had green slime on the sides and bottom.
