The hotel features a restaurant, Le Ponton, serving seasonal cuisine, and offers free WiFi, on-site parking, and stunning views of the Pyrenees Mountains, 30 minutes away by car.

The room was very spacious and quiet, with almost no noise. Breakfast was very repetitive; every day the same items and the quality left a lot to be desired. When a product ran out, it wasn’t replenished promptly, and sometimes it took a long time. The same issue happened with glasses, plates, and cups. The restaurant’s cleanliness was terrible; often the utensils were dirty, and you had to look through many to find a clean one. Overall, the staff at the restaurant were not very attentive. The parking lot was too dark, and on weekends it was hard to find a spot.

The spot is close to the sea and the city centre of Biarritz, about 1.8 km on foot, the room was clean, the bedding comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was decent but not outstanding, and the room décor feels a bit old‑fashioned.

I didn’t like that, having booked in May, the check‑in happened immediately without any warning for a non‑refundable, non‑modifiable room.
