The room was as advertised and very clean. The location was quiet and there was a large free parking lot. Breakfast was fine, though there were no rolls or croissants and omelettes and fried eggs were refused. The bathroom was bad: the toilet seat was broken, there were no coat hooks, no toothbrush holders, no towel racks, the lighting was poor, and there was no shower—just a narrow bathtub with a slippery floor and no grab bars. The building, including hallway carpet and windows, needed renovation. The service quality was poor, with the highlight being the refusal of a dinner without prior notice or a reasonable explanation.
