Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Naperville

“Great location, needing refurbishing”

The place was well‑located and the staff were friendly, but there was black fungus in the shower.

The bed was nice and the TVs streamed well, yet everything else was terrible—overpriced for awful service, Starbucks was closed, no free breakfast, and everything felt very outdated.

“Demanding $600 a night doesn’t feel like the right grade of hotel experience.”

The location was good, but the mattress felt uneven and worn.

“The staff member that greeted me was less than welcoming. Also, she did not communicate what incidentals she was chargin”

The hotel’s proximity to downtown Naperville is a plus. The dog poop on the floor of our room was a problem, and the room also had a musty, mildewy smell.

“We stayed for one night and it was a pleasant stay overall.”

The location, convenience, value, clean rooms, and comfy beds are great. The noise was a downside.
