Vilma was very close, helped us with everything. She was kind enough to give us a place to sleep during the concert, when all other spots were full or too expensive. I honestly recommend it 100%!! Everything was perfect.

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one.”

I almost never write negative reviews, but this stay forced me to. Three days before we got there, I tried to reach the host multiple times about check‑in and payment, but none of my messages got a reply. The listing never said that cash was the only payment option, and there was no way to pay by card. Even the platform’s support tried to contact the host and failed. Check‑in was listed for 2:00 PM, yet we arrived at 2:10 PM after a 12‑hour drive. I called the host four times; the first three went unanswered, and only on the fourth did she pick up, saying she’d be there in two minutes. She finally appeared at 2:37 PM without a single apology. Then she told us we’d have to wait another 30 minutes because the apartment wasn’t ready. When I explained we were exhausted from the long drive, she simply said, “You can always cancel and go somewhere else.” It was astonishing how confident she was, despite being late, ignoring messages, and not having the room ready by the scheduled time. If this is the level of hospitality you’re aiming for, you’re setting the bar very low. I would not recommend this place if you value basic communication, professionalism, or respect for your time.

“Grand rooms toppen!”

The AC was really good! The location is nice, close to Eagle Stadium, and the price is worth it. There was no toilet paper, and the water for the toilet, shower, and tap was missing on the first day. One of the sheets had a blood stain.
