“Pathetic, not recommended at all”

Very bad— they only serve idli from outside, you can't change or ask for anything else; it's like a hostel and the staff is rude. The hotel itself is terrible, with no second exit, so in an emergency life could be at risk—pathetic.

The room is good and the AC works, but the bathrooms are very small, the flush doesn’t work well, water comes too slowly, there’s no lift to the first floor, and they won’t let you check out a couple of hours early; they told me I’d have to pay an extra full day for 1–2 hours late checkout—no flexibility for customers.

I had a very comfortable stay there with my family; the manager at reception was very helpful and cooperative, and I hope to return to the same location on our next visit.

Service and staff are good, but a location board should be placed outside on the road so guests can see all the directions and find the exact spot; a display board outside the guest house would help.
