We were fortunate to have the entire hotel to ourselves, which made our stay feel like a personalized retreat. The tranquil atmosphere and excellent service from Leydi made our experience truly enjoyable. However, the excursion to the quebrada was a letdown.

Our stay was marked by excellent service, clean and comfortable accommodations, and delicious food, all set against a stunning backdrop. However, the communal areas were a bit cramped, and the beach was in disrepair, although this was not the hotel's fault.
