“Very touristy, party place. Not really great for families.”

The place had a funky, modern vibe, perfect for parties, and its location was great because it was close to tourist spots and the residential area nearby was nice. I was lucky enough to be near Jon and Vinny's, a pizza and pasta bar and restaurant that is so cool, serves great food, and has wonderful staff. But the area felt very touristy and unclean, and I had to take Uber all the time because it wasn’t walkable and I didn’t know where to get a nice breakfast. I don’t recommend this for families, and since LA is huge I wish there were safe, nice buses that covered the shopping mall and restaurant areas.

“Relaxing and carefree.”

The staff were amazing, genuinely eager to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Nothing else to add, we’ve stayed here before and will again.

I’ve Stayed there around 4 times…my daughter lives in West Hollywood. It’s a great location and I love the coffee and the roof!

“I expected better from Hyatt actually.”

I thought the location was good and pretty close to a lot of things for the price. The check‑in and check‑out process was frustrating; they overcharged in both cases, which I had to point out and was rectified. Breakfast options were limited, and the sheets were only changed once during the whole 7‑night stay.
