He forced us into another room because the one that was actually ours was more expensive and from his point of view the booking was wrong and he didn’t accept the booking price. I informed him by showing the reservation via WhatsApp, and later he agreed to let us take the room but forbade us from choosing the beds in the room, claiming we were only two people, thus forcing us to use only the double bed. **This practice is abusive and illegal. A quadruple room means full access to the room and all its amenities, regardless of the number of guests staying.
