“Kind staff but facilities and amenities are bad. Overall not recommended”
When we first arrived, the reception staff spoke Arabic (my mother tongue) and upgraded us to a suite because of hotel works; they were overall kind and professional. The property wasn’t clean—black and yellow stains appeared on towels and robes, and even after I asked them to replace them they didn’t until I showed how upset I was and threatened to cancel, at which point they sent new towels straight from the dryer. Mid‑stay they moved us from the second to the fifth floor because of renovations. Trash cans weren’t emptied regularly, a shower head in the second room was broken, and the breakfast was terrible, so I ate outside every day.
