“Dissapointing”

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was marred by several issues. The reception staff seemed unaware of my booking, and I ended up paying more than expected. The receptionist also made me do his job, which was frustrating. The response times were slow, and the bar on the ground floor seemed a bit seedy.

I enjoyed the comfortable stay, but had a few gripes. Although breakfast started at 7:30 AM, by the time I was ready at 8 AM, there was no bottled water available.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional in every way. The location was great, close to the Aluva Metro station and Rajagiri hospital, and the surrounding atmosphere was beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making for a wonderful first impression. The hotel itself was clean, stylish, and roomy, with excellent service, delicious food, and great value for money. I was thoroughly pleased with my stay and would love to return for a longer visit.
