Super clean hotel we spent only 1 night with breakfast yes I will visit. It was all good nothing negative
The beds were very comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast had a lot of variety. The location was close to the metro and a huge shopping center, but the room amenities did not match a 5‑star hotel.
“Nice hotel with great gym and pool”
The gym was amazing, the pool was very good, and the staff were great. The free water, tea, and coffee in the room were nice, and Hakan was a friendly face who was quite helpful. However, the location for tourism is about 50 minutes by public transport or 20-35 minutes by taxi, costing 10-15 pounds each way. Breakfast was okay but not five-star, and the tea and coffee were disappointing.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and courteous; we were greeted by a taxi, and the team unloaded our luggage and brought it onto the property efficiently. Front security was quick and efficient. Reception checked us in fast and gave us useful information about our stay. Our porter handled our heavy bags and escorted us to our room, telling us about the hotel, nearby restaurants, and the great mall about 5 minutes away. The room was lovely and the view from it was nice.
