The location was excellent, the staff were great, and the place was comfortable and clean.

It didn’t match the ads; the family vibe was missing, people were fighting and swearing outside the front desk, and I couldn’t even enter; it was nothing like the photos or what was advertised, and I wouldn’t put my kids near that kind of atmosphere or danger.

The room photos were misleading; our room was outdated, desperately needed renovation, dirty, with peeling paint, no soap, broken door handles, and so on.

We avoided staying because the front of the hotel had loud, inebriated people near the entrance, making us feel uneasy walking in. The location was also a drawback.
