The sound of water and the location were great, but the cleanliness was terrible—bathroom was neglected, things were broken, cracks and peeling paint, and the room was in bad condition; it felt like a ghost hotel with no housekeeping service, so paying that price for a Thai hostel is unacceptable.

The location was good and the reception guy was kind; the apartment itself was clean and well situated, but the shower only had a top‑down hose so you couldn’t wet your hair, and there was no microwave as shown in the photos, though that wasn’t a problem since we drank coffee with cold milk.

The hotel is close to the city centre and the staff are friendly, but the terrace only offers a few tables.
