Everything was new after the renovation, the quiet spot and good gear made it a nice stay, the climate control worked, the bathroom was minimalist but ventilated, the mattresses were comfortable and tidy. A car could park on the property, and a Lidl and a restaurant were nearby. The building was still under renovation, not all work was finished, and noises from the stairwell could be heard.

The description said the shower, toilet, and other facilities were on the floor, not in the room, and that was the price? The door to the room had no soundproofing.

I stayed with my daughter at the end of May 2026 for three nights. Everything was great: clean, cozy, the kitchen had two fridges, a microwave, a kettle and all the cooking essentials. On the first floor there were several bathrooms with a hair dryer, a shower cubicle and the plumbing was in excellent condition. The room had all the basics: beds, a wardrobe, a desk, a TV. All the photos on the site were accurate.
