Suite IPÊ BRANCO

“Tivemos uma excelente estadia. Confortável, aconchegante e agradável. Adoramos a experiência”

The suite didn’t include breakfast, so we bought some and brought it to the room—there’s a stove and microwave, so it was super easy. The setting is lovely, green and cozy, and the owner was very helpful, even giving us a contact and menu for a meal. We really liked it, though the location info on the website was out of date.

“Frustração”

From the location, there are very few options in Areal. Accessibility was a nightmare: you have to park on a stone slope and walk up and down, then climb a dangerous stone staircase to reach the room—dangerous for elderly. The address on the website was wrong, I spent two hours driving around. The cost doesn’t match the facilities, and the staff didn’t help much.

The inn is extremely comfortable, well maintained, and the service is great. We were welcomed with care and attention at all times. A very pleasant experience — I recommend!

“Como ser enganado por fotos e por pessoas sem caráter”

Nothing, I was cheated! Bad location, dark parking with risk of falling on the slope, room smelled of fresh paint, mold everywhere, no support from the staff. I had to leave for another hotel and they only responded the next day at lunch, promising to reimburse the two nights. A week later, they still lie, saying they'll confirm with the office. I told them I'd involve my lawyer, and they told me to relax.
