We stayed for one night while traveling through; everything was superb—friendly staff, great room, excellent restaurant food. I’ll definitely come back and can only recommend it.

A very disappointing experience. A receptionist was unfriendly and threatened to involve the immigration office because my Slovak ID lacked a residential address. No manager was reachable over the weekend to resolve the issue. Additionally, staff entered our room despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign. We left a day early and received no refund for the unused second night. For a four‑star hotel I expected far more respect, privacy, and professionalism—unfortunately not recommended.
