The location is good, but the place was infested with cockroaches.

“In the last month i seldom stayed my room coz i mostly stayed in my 3rd house in Bukidnon”

I kept killing cockroaches in my bedroom every day, and sometimes they even bit me at night. The location wasn’t great.

“My stay at GV Hotel was good and comfortable.”

I appreciate staying at GV Hotel because it’s clean, comfortable, and affordable, and its convenient location lets me reach nearby restaurants, shops, and other spots easily. I didn’t find anything I disliked during my stay, so overall it was a good and comfortable experience.

“Room infested with cockroaches.”

There were lots of insects, cockroaches, and the room looked worn. I had to kill the cockroaches every day, and on Sunday August 09, 2026 I found a worm on the floor under my bed. The only issue was the location.

I liked that the hotel is close to the mall. However, there were many small cockroaches around the bed.
