I was disappointed by the location and the breakfast, which was quite sparse and the coffee was awful. This is the second time I've stayed here and I won't go back. Afterward, we booked other hotels in Guangzhou that were a little more expensive but offered better breakfasts and a more convenient location.

7 We had a wonderful stay here and are very happy that we chose this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and all the facilities were excellent and comfortable. We really appreciated the high quality of service and the warm atmosphere. We were very pleased with our experience and would definitely be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The room was regularly serviced and breakfast was healthy and convenient. The location was excellent and the hotel offered good value for the money. However, someone kept smoking on our floor (8th) during the last few days, so the cigarette smell was bothersome. My allergies and asthma can’t handle cigarette smoke. Otherwise, the hotel and staff were great.

The room was fairly spacious, especially after the recent renovations. There was no washing machine like in other hotels, and the lunch was not great.

The staff is very friendly and cares so much. The quietness of the location was a negative.
