I got my booking cancelled by the hotel itself, no explanation given, and the bed service was subpar.

The only thing that worked was the location; I had thought breakfast was included, but the hotel refused it and they had no cutlery—no thali, no katori, no glass—completely absurd. The phones didn’t work, a lizard was in my room, I complained about the AC and got no reply, and the staff were rude; I almost hit them, but I kept my temper. I even told them that if they spoke like that again I’d be finished.

The room was dirty and the overall condition was very bad, which I really disliked.

This was a budget-friendly place in a good spot, the staff were helpful, and overall it was a nice stay.
