“Horrible staff, book elsewhere”
The housekeeping team was terrible. I requested room service, spoke to the housekeeper who promised to handle it while we were away, but when we returned nothing had been done. I went to the front desk, they called the housekeeper, who said she’d come back after leaving Walmart to bring clean linens, yet she never showed up. The customer service was awful.
“Fast and easy.”
It’s well situated, close enough to Ft Worth, hospitals, and doctors.
“Staff is excellent!”
The price was reasonable and the location was convenient; no problems.
“Clean. Nice staff”
The place was clean, but someone was at the pool giving another guest a tattoo.
