Only the location was good; there were no towels or cleaning provided, so I had to rent and buy everything myself, and the breakfast never arrived—staff said it would be delayed because it was Sunday.

The reception staff were unhelpful, and the price shown on Booking was only a reference; when I arrived the actual cost was higher.

I paid far more than what was in my reservation, and when I paid in dollars they refunded me in Bolivianos at a terrible rate; after asking repeatedly they insisted it was 23$ and that was it—why would I book through Booking then?

The location is fine, but the description says there’s breakfast, yet in reality there’s only tea, coffee or hot chocolate and a dry bread for butter; to get a scrambled egg you’d have to pay extra. It would be better to state that breakfast isn’t actually included.
