The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast and dinner buffets were tasty and varied. The pool and sauna were also a highlight, and guests were very helpful—one even cleared snow off our car. Paying in euros or KM was a breeze, and the hotel is just 100m from the lifts, plus they offer a heated ski box. The only downside was that the price on the booking site was 2‑3 times higher than booking directly, and the beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Everything was great, from the staff to the rooms. The service was attentive and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. I left feeling satisfied.

The breakfast and dinner were delicious and varied, and we didn't find anything to complain about. The service was friendly and the portions were generous. Overall, a solid dining experience.
