Staff. Cleanliness. Bathroom is not cleaned. No towel no soap no water bottle no good hotels to have break fast and tea

The room was neat and clean. Slow water came in washroom ,no hóok in room,no window

Do not book online because they apparently ignore online booking status; they just give rooms to whoever arrives and will tell you the rooms are full even if you have a booking three days in advance, which is too bad.

I booked the room and it showed as successfully booked, but when I went to check in they refused to give me a room. All rooms were already occupied and there was no place for me. I showed them my booking, they checked their computer and it was booked under my name, yet they still refused to give me a room. I had to check into another hotel at the last hour, which was a horrible experience.
