The staff were helpful at first, but the bathroom toilet was broken and then moved to another room, and the AC was not working—overall a bad experience.

I liked the spot of the hotel, but we stayed on the first floor and kept spotting ants, even on the bed, and the shower water just sat there without flowing.

Everything was spotless and the staff were helpful, but the Pismo beach isn’t really nearby.
