There were more restrictions than during my previous stay and I wasn’t told about them beforehand, plus the hotel’s policies lack consistency; the air conditioning was broken, and although several technicians tried to repair it, we were eventually moved to a different room, which was inconvenient, but Bern the manager was wonderful. I think the maintenance of the facility is neglected.

The staff were very friendly, but the shower water wasn’t hot enough, the pressure was weak, and there were also cockroaches.
